    <content type="html">alright.....&lt;br /&gt;im back at home again just came back from my work....&lt;br /&gt;i didnt eat alot however i did have a banana which i should not have had!!! i drank alot of milk as i had a injury to my leg.... during hockey training i had this massive cramp in ma calf.... oh well i did get through the selections for the top ladies hockey team in holland which is amazing cause im just 18 whahah im in the team with all these internationals... back to my diet i hope i will be a bit strickter with myself tomorrow because i really need to loose weight!!! I will drink alot of water which works filling my hungry stomach...&lt;br /&gt;got my a level results to day thank god i passed them!!!!</content>

    <content type="html">This morning i ate yogurt had two cups  of coffe and had two bits of chocolate.... HOW COULD I????? Iam alreeady so fat but to start the day with chocolate..... pff HELP ME i really need too loose weight!!!!&lt;br /&gt;My aim today i not to eat just drink alot of water!!! In the afternoon i do have a hockey training... ill be very hungry after it but how can i take away the feeling for food???? Im at work at the moment so i probably wont be having much food today which is good.</content>

    <content type="html">Im new to this site!!! I really like it!! But i dont really know how to get some friends on this site could any one help?? At the moment i am really heavy in weight i really need to loose weight as soon as possible!! I need to do this because i dont feel wel i feel like everytime i go into my trousers they would explode. The problem with me is that i dont really know how to loose weight!! I really need help and i just dont know what to do anymore!! Can any one just give me some tips that might help me?? because i can really use them at the moment</content>
